💬 Enhanced Messaging System
Major changes to how conversations work: 📱
- Messages with coaches and other users are now separated for clearer organization 🗂️
- Added unread message counters that update in real-time for both agent and user conversations 🔔
- New "Message" button on profiles that either starts a new conversation or opens an existing one ✉️
- Conversations now appear instantly for recipients without requiring a page reload ⚡
- Fixed an issue where participants couldn't read messages in newly created conversations 🔧
- Removed reactions feature temporarily while we improve it 🎯
🧠 Smarter Knowledge Integration
Significant improvements to how agents understand and use protocols: 📚
- Agents now filter knowledge based on your selected routines, making responses more relevant 🎯
- When matching protocols, agents now use the complete protocol content instead of just excerpts 📖
- Added new API functionality to fetch multiple JSON files from S3 for improved performance ⚡
- Enhanced the way agents process and understand routine selections 🤖
